Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) seeks an Accounts Payable Representative to help ensure accurate financial records and compliant reporting. You will review invoices, process payments, and reconcile supplier statements within a collaborative engineering/construction environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Spectrum or QuickBooks. Mandarin language ability is a plus in our diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant degree, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, or equivalent education or degree.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
• Audit credit card bills and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Verify invoice accuracy and correct GL codes.
• Generate payments to suppliers on a routine schedule.
• Maintain filing system for financial records.
• Post costs to purchase orders using field logs.
