PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to provide financial and administrative services, primarily processing and auditing vendor invoices in a large ERP system. You will code invoices, coordinate with departments, maintain vendor files, and assist with electronic payments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting construction, utility, engineering, or project-based orgs.
• Ability to communicate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Executive verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ERP systems experience; JD Edwards preferred.
• Motivated, organized team player; able to work overtime during month-end close.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and audit vendor invoices.
• Code and enter invoices in ERP system.
• Coordinate with departments on coding and processing.
• Maintain vendor files and convert to electronic payments.
• Research outstanding invoices and reconcile statements.
• Process expense reports for field personnel.
• Review incoming mail and AP email.
• Provide docs for audits as needed.
• Work 40 hours weekly; overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
