Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor invoices, statements and A/P emails, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. The role requires attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and strong MS Office skills.

The successful candidate will review invoices, route them for payment, maintain job cost listings in Excel, and support CMiC/Timberline workflows. Construction industry experience is preferred; AA in accounting is required.

Qualifications

• AA degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, sort and route vendor invoices and check requests.
• Review vendor statements and reconcile in the system.
• Maintain A/P e-mail accounts and process timely payments.
• Update and maintain job cost listings and Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare and file preliminary notices, contracts, and A/R progress billings as needed.
