Responsibilities

• Retrieve vendor invoices and check requests from multiple A/P e-mail accounts.
• Sort and distribute department mail and scan/route invoices.
• Review vendor statements and research in system; maintain job folders and Excel logs.
• Create and update job folders and lists; coordinate MasterCard statements and remind cardholders.
