Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes checks from the company's trust account.
• Generates monthly account current statements or booking reports.
• Reconciles discrepancies between company and insurer statements.
• Notifies the servicing Producer of accounting irregularities.
• Ensures payments to insurance companies are accurate and timely.
• Assists AP Supervisor in reconciliations to the general ledger.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
