Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience performing three-way matching in a purchasing/inventory environment.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, receiving, and invoice.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and pricing differences.
• Assist with weekly payment processing (ACH, wire, checks).
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close.
