Hyper Solutions Inc. in Richmond, VA seeks a Manager of Accounting Services to lead AP/AR, GL close, and internal controls in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will manage vendor/customer relationships, support cash flow, and drive process improvements across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience with strong AP/AR oversight, US GAAP knowledge, and leadership ability. CPA preferred; NetSuite and ERP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong AP/AR management and month-end close.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with NetSuite and ERP/CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee Accounts Payable operations for invoices, payments, and credits.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, applications, collections, and deferred revenue.
• Monitor vendor terms and cash flow to support effective management.
• Oversee customer credit management and collections to minimize bad debt.
• Maintain vendor/customer relationships and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve billing questions and disputes.
• Oversee GL accounts and month-end close activities related to order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Oversee accounting for net sales, cash, AR, deferred revenue, accruals, and returns.
• Review transactions and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Provide guidance and oversight to AP/AR team to meet deadlines.
