Job summary

TPS Group Holdings, a family of brands including The Paper Store, Uncharted and Gifts & More, seeks an Accounts Payable Associate in Acton, MA to process invoices, reconcile vendors, and issue payments. You will verify three-way matches, review expense reports, and collaborate with finance across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with Great Plains, Vision360, and Aptos are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three-way match of PO, invoice, receipts and payments.
• Accurate GL coding and review of expenses.
• Excel mastery including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Be a TPS brand ambassador and provide excellent service to vendors.
• Perform three-way matching and process non-inventory expenses for payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Route invoices for budget owner approvals and audit expense reports.
• Assist year-end close and audits as needed.
