The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, has over 3 years of accounts payable experience, and is proficient in NetSuite and Excel. Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, including strong 3-way matching knowledge.
• Experience working in large companies, ideally within manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support month-end close by booking AP entries.
