Wallace Design Collective is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in our Tulsa office for a full-time role. You will reconcile company credit cards, process AP invoices and expense reports, issue weekly checks, and support finance leadership with cash information.

Qualifications

• Experience with general accounting processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel or similar spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with enterprise accounting software.
• Proficient math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile company credit cards.
• Enter and process expense reports, purchase requests, and AP invoices.
• Process weekly checks.
• Process daily remote deposits for the company.
• Update and maintain check registers.
• Balance check register with General Ledger.
• Enter cash disbursements.
• Support Controller/CFO with payables and cash info.
• Manage expense reporting app.
• File invoices and expense reports.
• Confirm daily end-of-day balances in banks.
• Process paid when paid payables.

Job description

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist in our Tulsa Office. This candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals and departments to help them meet their job responsibilities by getting tasks and projects accomplished and keeping Wallace's clients happy.

Hourly Rate

$22.00 - $25.00

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Reconcile Company Credit Cards
• Enter and Process Expense Reports, Purchase Requests, and Accounts Payable invoices
• Process weekly checks
• Process daily remote deposit for the company
• Update and maintain check registers
• Balance check register with General Ledger
• Enter cash disbursements
• Support Controller/CFO with any related payables/cash information
• Manage Expense Reporting App
• File invoices and expense reports
• Confirm daily end-of-day balances in all banks
• Process paid when paid payables

Skill Sets
