Job summary

Taylor White is hiring for an Accounts Payable role in the Tampa Bay area. The position is on-site, full-time, with an hourly wage of $23–$27 and an excellent benefits package.

You will process and code AP transactions, manage multi-entity invoices, and handle vendor communications. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Accounting and have 2+ years of AP experience with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting strongly preferred.
• Confidence in professional vendor communication.
• Background in high-volume corporate environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process and code accounts payable transactions accurately.
• Manage invoices across multiple entities and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements and compliance checks.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices for recordkeeping.
• Set up new vendors and update existing vendor records.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs.
• Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.
