Job summary

Douglas Emmett, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable specialist in Santa Monica to accurately review and process vendor invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely payments for our properties.

You will provide excellent internal customer service, research invoices, respond to vendor inquiries, and distribute checks while upholding company policies. Candidates should have 3–5 years of AP or general accounting, strong Excel and Word skills, and familiarity with MRI, Nexus, Yardi, or Timberline

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with accounts payable or general accounting.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with property management or accounting software (MRI, Nexus, Yardi, Timberline, etc.) is a plus.
