Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Support the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed.

Pay Rate: $25 - $30 / hour dependent on applicable experience

Position Overview:

This position will focus primarily on high volume accounts payable processing in a PO environment, invoice management, and general accounting support. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is highly preferred.
