Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Madison-area team. This hybrid role supports AP processing, lien waivers, and collaboration with project accountants on job invoices, with a focus on construction draws and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience and a relevant accounting background. We offer a flexible work schedule and a team-focused environment in a growing nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting; Bachelor's degree welcomed.
• Experience working with lien waivers, AP invoices, and project accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process lien waivers.
• AP invoice entry.
• Collaborate with Project Accountants on invoice questions for jobs.
• Assist with project accounting including construction draws.
• Handle ACH/Wire transfers and check runs.
• Support project accountants in day-to-day tasks.
