Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join one of our top employers in the higher education industry. This person will sit fully remote, but needs to be local to Los Angeles, CA. Joining the accounting department, the AP clerk will be responsible for processing paper and electronic invoices, answering emails regarding questions and status of invoices, and reconciling vendor statements. We are looking for a technologically savvy, detail-oriented, and professional candidate who is eager to succeed. This position pays up to $25 hourly.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience processing upwards of 100 invoices daily
• Knowledge of Excel and Access
• Experience with three-way matching and checks and balances
• Understanding of state tax and service tax

COMPENSATION:

$20-25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave.
