Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a top healthcare technology client in Indiana. This contract role handles full-cycle AP, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage Intacct, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to support month-end close and audits in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excel and VLOOKUP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Duration: 9 month contract, set to end July 2027 with possible extensions

Pay Rate: $20/HR

Schedule: 8-5

Remote- Monday and Friday

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excel
• X or V lookup
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Sage Intacct (required or strongly preferred)
