Job summary

Agile Cold Storage is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our accounting team in a full-time role. You will accurately process vendor invoices, code them, and maintain AP records while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires prior AP experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Sage Intacct or Ramp experience is a plus. The schedule is Mon–Thu in office with a Friday remote option.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or Ramp preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or business coursework is a plus.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office; Friday option to work remotely

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for accurately processing vendor invoices and maintaining accounts payable records. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
