Job summary

Dahl Automotive seeks a detail‑oriented team member for its Holmen, WI area Support Center. The role focuses on posting invoices into the DMS, reconciling vendor statements, and processing payments with accuracy and efficiency.

You will contribute to a busy team in a casual environment and enjoy comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, a 401(k) plan with a company contribution, and other competitive perks. Monday‑Friday, 8am–5pm, on site.

• Experience with data entry and invoicing processes.
• Ability to reconcile vendor statements accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices into DMS.
• Reconcile vendor statements with data entry on invoices.
• Track credit memos, packing slips, etc. to match vendor statements.
• Scan and assign invoices.
• Pay vendors after approvals.
• Process check requests.
• Reconcile manufacturer parts statements with supporting documents.
• Demonstrate organized and friendly demeanor and good communication.

Your responsibilities and contributions:

• Reconcile vendor statements with data entry on invoices from respective vendors.

• Scan and assign invoices.
• Pay vendors after obtaining the proper approvals.
• Process check requests.
• Reconcile manufacturer parts statements with support documents.
