Dahl Automotive in Holmen, WI is seeking a Full-Time Staff Accountant to join our busy finance team. This on-site role offers standard hours (8am–5pm, Monday through Friday) and a casual work environment. We provide training; no degree or prior experience is required to start.

• Support month-end close process.
• Assist in other accounting areas as needed.

Join our team as a Full-Time Staff Accountant! If you enjoy being an integral part of a busy team, we want to talk with you! This position is on-site at our Support Center, located off of Hwy OT, in Holmen, you will enjoy Monday through Friday hours (8am-5pm) and a casual (jeans!) work environment. We offer competitive wages, based upon experience and a wide range of benefits. No degree or previous experience is required. We provide all the training you need to learn the role and succeed with our team!

Your Responsibilities And Contributions

• Assist in Reconciling the general ledger accounts and schedules
• Assist in Accounting for new, used and wholesale vehicles sales
• Assist in Accounting for vehicle incentives and rebates
• Assist in Accounting for product purchases and cancellations
• Assist in Accounting for service and parts repair invoices
• Assist in the process of daily banking activity
• Assist with month-end close process
• Assist in other accounting areas when and where needed

Your Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry
• Skilled with working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as independently
• Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and sound judgement
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all positions and departments
• Ability to effectively manage time and complete multiple tasks, while continually meeting critical deadlines and responding to changing priorities
