Job summary

Dahl Automotive is seeking a Full-Time Staff Accountant for our Holmen, WI site, on-site at the Support Center off Hwy OT. Enjoy Monday through Friday 8am-5pm in a casual (jeans!) environment with training provided; no degree or prior experience is required.

We offer comprehensive benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match. This role supports reconciliation, vehicle sales accounting, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciling the general ledger accounts and schedules
• Assist in accounting for new, used and wholesale vehicle sales
• Assist in accounting for vehicle incentives and rebates
• Assist in accounting for product purchases and cancellations
• Assist in accounting for service and parts repair invoices
• Assist in daily banking activity
• Assist with month-end close process
• Assist in other accounting areas when and where needed
• Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry
• Skilled with working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as independently
• Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and sound judgement
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all positions and departments
• Ability to effectively manage time and complete multiple tasks, while continually meeting critical deadlines and responding to changing priorities
