• Process vendor invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and required documentation.
• Respond to vendor and client accounting inquiries regarding payments.
• Process client billing, draws, incoming payments, and subcontractor payments.
• Manage lien waivers, credit applications, and related paperwork.
• Reconcile company credit card transactions and process employee reimbursements.
• Maintain job cost records, weekly reports, and organized financial documentation.
