Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an A/P Specialist in Tulsa, OK to handle invoices and payments for vendor and subcontractor accounts. You will scan invoices, process check requests and expense reports, and maintain AP files in the accounting system.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Scanning vendor/s subcontractor invoices into Company imaging system.
• Processing of vendor/subcontractor invoices check requests and expense reports into Company accounting system.
• Research/reconciliation of vendor statements
• Accounts Payable file maintenance.
• Assist in year-end 1099 processing and distribution.
• Respond to internal request to issue subcontractor qualification packages.
• Conduct independent research to find and qualify subcontractors in various regions of the country.
• Distribution and tracking of agreements to subcontractors for signature.
• Minor assistance in invoicing process, research for project numbers, etc.
• Assist in subcontracts server documents.
• Assist in making binders, folders, files regarding subcontract issues.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ accounts payable experience.
• A strong understanding of contracts
• Excellent organizational, oral, written, and communication skills required; must be a self-motivated individual with good time management skills.
• Detail oriented; must have the ability to prioritize work, analyze information, identify discrepancies and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service mindset and approach to business.
