Job summary

You will process invoices, match POs, run payments weekly, reconcile statements, and support month-end close. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, proficiency in Excel and ERP software, and a HS diploma with accounting

• Experience with ERP or accounting software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for payment approval.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and audit requests.
