Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, vendor communications, 1099 reporting support, and ensuring GL accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting requirements and vendor compliance documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage Intacct.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.

• Review and analyze expense accounts, helping ensure accuracy within the general ledger.
• Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for management and auditors.
• Maintain vendor records and accounting system data while supporting continuous process improvements.
