Job summary

Thomas Edwards Group, an executive search firm in the Dallas area, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-month contract, onsite in Mansfield. The role covers full-cycle AP, invoice processing, coding, and payments, with 100–300 invoices per week.

Advanced Excel is highly preferred, along with Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks experience. Responsibilities include supporting month-end close and AP reconciliations, processing check runs, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

• Process invoices end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
• Code and match invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.

Our client, located in Mansfield, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3 months.

This position will be fully onsite.

** Keys** :

• Advanced Excel skills highly preferred; Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks experience preferred
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, matching, coding, and payment processing
• Experience processing approximately 100–300 invoices per week
• Preparing and processing check runs
• Experience supporting month-end close, including AP reconciliations and related reporting
• Prior home healthcare industry experience is a plus
