This role requires bilingual communication, an associate degree in accounting or related field, proficiency with Epicor Eagle or QuickBooks, strong Excel skills, and solid invoice reconciliation abilities.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or construction finance.
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Epicor Eagle, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have prior Accounts Payable experience, preferably within the construction, trade, or industrial sectors, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
