Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Vendor Master, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, or Supplier Management.
• Experience managing supplier onboarding and vendor maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of tax documentation requirements, including W-9 and W-8 forms.
• Understanding of domestic and international banking and payment processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Process expense reports from employees and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with vendor management processes, and a solid understanding of tax and banking requirements in a global business environment.
