Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to process and enter invoices, maintain vendor communications, and support monthly closings. You will manage COINS documentation, verify statements, and assist with check runs while upholding accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 2+ years of related accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to collaborate with field and office staff. Office-based role in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of general office procedures and record keeping functions.
• Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.

Responsabilités

• Process and enter all required documentation to pay vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve outstanding issues.
• Assist with company check runs.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly corporate reporting requirements.
• Communicate with controller about vendor complaints and needs that require additional assistance.
• Meet all company requirements for cut-off and closing deadlines and communicate such to others as required.
• Work overtime as required to meet weekly deadlines.
• Scan and attach all required documentation into COINS.
• Contribute to delivering excellence in external and internal customer service.
• Maintain filing system for invoices awaiting approval and payment.
• Provide support for special assignments as directed by supervisor.
