You will ensure accurate processing, maintain strong vendor and customer relationships, and help implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting or related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with 10-key and high-volume data entry.
• Familiarity with supplier/payables and invoicing processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and subcontractor payable activities.
• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices and assist with payment preparation and disbursements.
• Review, post, and process customer billings, monthly invoices, and pay applications.
• Research vendor payment inquiries and assist with special payment requests.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Review subcontractor monthly billings and payments, ensuring proper supporting documentation.
• Monitor collection of subcontractor lien waivers and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit annual 1099 reporting.
• Assist with invoice processing and routing through Coupa.
• Process daily deposits, cash receipts, and related accounting entries.
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation for billings, costs, and subcontractor payments.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide timely and accurate information to internal departments, vendors, and customers.
