Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of progressive related work experience or combination of education and experience.
• General accounting knowledge and understanding of accounts payable procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the accounts payable and subcontract payable invoicing process.
• Research vendor payments and assist with special payment requests.
• Support the reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Review and assist with approval of subcontractor monthly billings and payments.
• Monitor the collection of lien waiver documents from subcontractors.
• Review and post monthly billings and pay applications.
• Assist with invoice routing and the AP payment process.
• Provide backup documentation for billings, costs, and subcontract payables.
• Assist in preparing and submitting 1099 reporting.
• Complete daily deposits and cash entries.
• Scan incoming vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Recommend process improvements to keep AP running efficiently.
