Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine data entry for accounting records including accounts payable, cash receipts posting and accounts receivable adjustments.
• Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy.
• Post journal entries to general ledger.
• Generate summary sheets and reports as directed.
• Allocate expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures.
• Assist with various accounting projects as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
