The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or has equivalent experience and at least 3 years of AP experience. Epicor experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience using Epicor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices using three-way match.
• Handle the weekly check run and process ACH payments.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies as the main point of contact.
• Assist with month- and year-end procedures.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
