Job summary

CFS in Burlington, MA is seeking a Staff Accountant to own inventory-heavy AP, process invoices, perform three-way matching, and ensure payment accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong Accounts Payable background.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory-heavy Accounts Payable processing.
• Process invoices, perform three-way matching, and ensure payment accuracy.
• Research discrepancies, prevent duplicate payments, and communicate with vendors.
• Maintain vendor documentation including W-9s.
• Support general accounting and cross-train across additional functions.
