Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team and convert to permanent status with competitive benefits. The role focuses on processing invoices, reconciling statements, managing memos, and supporting check runs.

You will maintain vendor records and collaborate across teams to resolve issues. Ideal candidates have AP experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities
