Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher AND three (3) years related experience.
• Five (5) years related experience.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of daily vendor invoices.
• Process travel, leave, and employee reimbursement requests.
• Communicate with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies; handle check disbursements, stop payments, and reissuance.
• Maintain organized records by filing invoices and assisting with audits.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with year-end close and reconciliations.
• Conduct accounts payable reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
