Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and verify invoices.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, prepare reports.
• Communicate with vendors and resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with departments to gather financial information.
• Maintain confidential financial records and assist with reports.
