Responsibilities

• Enter daily worksheets into the general ledger system and maintain complete files.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Prepare daily bank deposits for trade and retail invoices.
• Enter cash receipts and post to the computer system.
• Process and release checks and manage vendor setup documentation (W-9, forms).
• Maintain vendor and employee expense records and respond to inquiries.
