Job Description

JOB TITLE: AP Processor

DEPARTMENT/DIVISION:

REPORT TO: Director of Accounts Payable

LOCATION: Woodbury, NY

COMPENSATION: $50,000-55,000

Summary / Objective

Perform routine accounting work in the accounts payable function.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions

• Responsible for all aspects of AP
• Three‑way matching of invoices, purchase orders and receiving documents
• Coding of invoices
• Interact with outside vendors which includes checking status on statements and making sure invoices are paid on time.
• Interact with internal resources to get approvals and check status of invoices
• Cutting checks and mailing them out in a timely fashion
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required
