Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
• Experience in an ERP environment; NetSuite preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and other payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and verify supporting documentation, approvals, coding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Project Management, and GL teams to ensure proper transaction processing.
• Monitor aging reports and assist with resolving outstanding items.
• Maintain organized AP files and documentation per retention policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, efficiency, and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
