CNB Bank in Pennsylvania seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice payments and expense reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.

You will code and approve invoices by division, prepare corporate card payments, and maintain vendor records while assisting with year-end 1099s; a high school diploma is required. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate Degree, or equivalent, from a two-year college; or two years related experience and/or training; and general accounting knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall execution of invoice payments and expense reimbursements for the bank.
• Ensuring invoices/expense reimbursements are approved and coded accurately for each division.
• Accurately prepare and process invoices, corporate card payments and employee reimbursements for the bank.
• Respond to inquiries related to the Accounts Payable function.
• Maintain vendor/supplier records and employee/user profiles; include adding payment and tax information.
• Aid in the conversion of physical AP documentation by scanning and indexing into the digital archive system.
• Assist with year-end 1099 Tax Preparation as needed.
