Job summary

Perrin Automotive Group is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to manage and process outgoing payments, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. The role supports the finance department in a family-owned dealership environment in Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, payments, record-keeping, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting clerk role.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be well organized and have the ability to work independently.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
• PC proficiency and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pay meticulous attention to detail in processing and verifying invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Prepare and execute payments by check, electronic transfer, and other methods.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Handle full cycle accounts payable tasks.
• Balance and update daily deposits.
• Post service and body shop repair orders, parts invoices, and rental agreements.
• Receipt in receivable checks and maintain payables/receivable schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
