Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency with formulas, sorting/filtering, and large data sets.
• Understanding of general ledger coding and AP controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, approval tracking, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper coding with supporting documents.
• Process vendor payments via check and credit card.
• Prepare and process scheduled payment runs.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9s and 1099 reporting information.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies timely.
• Communicate with vendors on invoice status and payment inquiries.
• Support month-end close and AP-related tasks.
