Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking an Accounting /Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist to join our corporate team in Ohio. You will manage AP processes, process bi-weekly payroll, reimbursements, and reconcile accounts, while supporting general accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/payables/payroll, experience with Paycor or Deltek Costpoint, and strong Excel skills. CPA or accounting degree is a plus. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounting, accounts payable and/or payroll.
• Paycor or Deltek Costpoint ERP experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with defense industry is a plus; audit experience is a plus.
• Accounting degree is a plus; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes: invoices, vendor statements, and payments.
• Process bi-weekly payroll into ERP and Paycor; payroll maintenance.
• Process employee expense reimbursements in conjunction with payroll.
• Track and manage credit card expenses.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Enter and maintain inventory and asset records.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain records.
• Analyze General Ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Ad hoc expense tracking and analysis.

3dB Labs is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Accounting /Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist to join our corporate team supporting our growing mission. This position will be responsible for transaction data entry and ensuring that our accounts payable and payroll processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner along with supporting the overall accounting function.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great interpersonal skills and the ability to get into the numbers. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes, including entering invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and processing payments (check, ACH, bank bill pay, etc.)
• Process bi-weekly payroll on-time into our ERP and Paycor, along with payroll maintenance as needed
• Process employee expense reimbursements in conjunction with payroll
• Credit Card expenses tracking and management
• Monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other accounting schedules
• Enter and maintain inventory and asset entries, as necessary
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed
• Track and manage bank and credit card accounts
• Various compliance and audit related activities
• Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliations in support of the organization's financial reporting programs
• Ad hoc expense tracking and analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting, accounts payable and/or payroll role. Paycor or Deltek Costpoint ERP experience is a plus
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude, flexible, willing to learn new systems
• Familiarity with the defense industry a plus.
• Audit experience a plus

• CPA a plus
