3dB Labs in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Accounting / Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist to join our corporate team. You will manage AP, payroll, and related accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing in our ERP environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable and/or payroll.
• Proficiency with Paycor or Deltek Costpoint ERP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes: entering invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and processing payments.
• Process bi-weekly payroll into ERP and Paycor; handle payroll maintenance.
• Process employee expense reimbursements and manage credit card expenses.
• Perform monthly bank and card reconciliations; maintain financial records.
