Job summary

Hut 8 Corp. in Miami, FL is seeking a Partner of Accounts Payable to own end-to-end AP for data center development projects. You will lead a 2–3 member AP team and collaborate with Supply Chain, Construction, Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting.

Applicants should have 8+ years in AP, 3+ years in leadership, and strong ERP experience (NetSuite and Ramp). A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required. This is an in-office role in Brickell, Miami.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive AP / accounting operations experience.
• 3+ years leading a team in AP/equivalent.
• Deep project-based or construction AP experience—PO-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• WBS & cost coding: ensure accurate invoice coding to budget line items.
• Commitment-based AP: manage POs, subcontracts, change orders and commitments.
• Invoice-to-Pay: full cycle across sites with PO matching and approvals.
• Reconciliation & close: AP subledger to GL, vendor statements, month-end close.
• Vendor, banking & entity setup: vendor onboarding and bank/entity setup.
• Lead and develop a 2–3 person AP team; implement scalable processes.
