Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to advance disbursements analysis, reporting, and controls. You will partner with the AP Manager to standardize processes and improve department effectiveness.

Responsibilities include monitoring aging, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting month-end close under tight deadlines. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are required to drive accurate financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience.
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in Excel; reporting and database tools a plus.
• Experience with JDE, SAP, ARIBA, and other enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AP aging to ensure timely payments.
• Serve as subject matter expert for banking and payment issues.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Develop KPIs to drive AP department efficiency.
• Support month-end AP close and reporting under deadlines.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to AP workflows.
• Follow Terumo Quality System requirements and regulatory guidelines.
