The position includes high-volume check runs, 1099/W-9 maintenance, month-end close support, and opportunities to improve workflows and data accuracy. You will collaborate across departments while growing your accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience including full-cycle accounts payable.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• GAAP knowledge and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for proper approval, coding, and posting.
• Prepare and execute check runs with proper documentation.
• Maintain 1099/W-9 records and reconcile vendor statements.
• Assist month-end close and journal entries as needed.
• Support audits and improve workflows for accuracy.
