Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting function.
• Extensive experience with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AP internal controls and vendor master data security.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Prepare and initiate authorized payments to vendors.
• Maintain and manage the Vendor Master File.
• Review and approve employee expense reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors.
