You will handle high-volume check runs, 1099/W9 maintenance, month-end close support, and process improvements in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred in Accounting/Finance field.
• 0–3 years accounting experience, especially full-cycle accounts payable.
• Proficiency with computerized accounting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable functions and payment processing.
• Support month-end closing and related journal entries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records and generate AP reports.
• Support audits and process improvements.
