Job summary

Pacific Rubber & Packing in San Carlos, CA seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant who thrives on accuracy and organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of vendor invoices, ensure accuracy and vendor relations, and support customer invoicing with Operations and Customer Success teams.

This role also supports monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and cost controls in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Accounts Payable background.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounts payable process from invoice to payment.
• Support customer invoicing with Operations and Customer Success teams.
• Assist with monthly and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial controls and process improvements.
